Standard spares included free: 2 full sets of thermocouples (all specs), 2 sets of heater bands (main nozzle + manifold), and 1 set of manifold seals.

Must the trial run be at your factory? Can I bring my molding technician to watch and measure dimensions on-site?

Absolutely -this is our standard service: The entire trial is open to you. We strongly recommend bringing your molding tech and QC inspector; using your designated injection machine is even better. We have CMM and vision measurement equipment on-site -parts are inspected immediately, and dimensional reports are confirmed on the spot. We only proceed to the next step after you sign off the trial report.
